If you work in the office or warehouse you are very expendable and they have a high rate of turnover. If you are a Driver for this company and can drive interstate, cross country, then you may be ok. If you can't drive a truck, go elsewhere. They are only looking out for themselves, watch your back!!! I recommend keeping notes of conversations and promises given verbally. They lay off without notice, even if you have been with the company for many years. They pay half of the monthly premium but the deductibles are large and so are the copays.
No bonuses, no overtime, and benefits are really bad. They will pay the least amount they can at all times. If you are 1 minute late you are reported, there is no grace time for traffic or other incidents
